Biggest stars reuniting after 18 years; Patriot BTS video out

The first BTS video of Patriot, the film in which Mollywood greats Mammootty and Mohanlal are coming together after 18 years, has been released. The making video from the Sri Lankan schedule of the film directed by Mahesh Narayanan is going viral. Fahadh Faasil and Kunchacko Boban were also part of the Sri Lankan schedule. The shooting of the film began in Sri Lanka. Patriot will hit the theatres globally on April 23. The star-studded cast for the upcoming Malayalam espionage thriller will include Nayanthara, Rajeev Menon, Revathi, Jinu Joseph, Prakash Belawadi, Danish Hussain, Sanal Aman, Shaheen Siddique, Darshan Rajendran and Zarin Shihab.

Patriot is produced by Anto Joseph and K.G. Anilkumar under the banners of Anto Joseph Film Company and Kichappu Films. The film, which features Mammootty and Mohanlal in key roles, is co-produced by C.R. Salim (C.R. Salim Productions) and Subhash George Manuel (Blue Tigers London). C.V. Sarathi and Rajesh Krishna are the executive producers.

The film was shot in various locations in India, Sri Lanka, the UK, Azerbaijan, and the UAE, and was written by director Mahesh Narayanan himself.
