CHENNAI: Superstar Rajinikanth watched Empuraan’s trailer at a special screening held at Poes Garden the other day.

Prithviraj is currently in Chennai as part of the film's promotions. Last day, Prithvi reached Rajinikanth’s residence in Poes Garden to screen the trailer for the superstar. Barely ten days away from release, the trailer has still not made it to social media. Fans are eagerly waiting for the trailer to drop in the coming days.
Empuraan is the sequel to the blockbuster film 'Lucifer', which was released in 2019. The film will be released in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu languages. The movie produced by Antony Perumbavoor and Gokulam Gopalan under the banners of Aashirvad Cinemas and Sree Gokulam Movies, is written by Murali Gopi while cinematography is helmed by Sujith Vasudev.
