KOCHI: The woman who lodged a complaint against actor Bala has revealed that Bala is constantly harassing her despite being told not to harass her. The complainant told a private channel that she had told Bala about it in December as well and lodged the complaint as the harassment continued. The complainant said that when Bala says things, the four women can only sit at home, hug each other and cry.
The complainant said that the issues should be stopped at least now and that is why she went ahead legally. She said that she was being shown to the public as a bad woman and that she went ahead with the complaint as Bala should not use her daughter's name for sympathy. According to the complainant, Bala, who claims that she swindled crores of rupees, had taken it in writing that he would not even pay for their daughter's wedding.
Actor Bala was taken into custody by the Kadavanthra police from his house in Palarivattom on October 14 at 5 am on the complaint of his first wife that she and her daughter were insulted. Bala was produced before the judicial first class magistrate's court in the afternoon after recording his arrest. He was then released on bail with strict conditions.
He was granted bail on the conditions that he should not campaign against his ex-wife and daughter through the media and not speak to the media about matters related to the case.
Bala's manager Rajesh and his friend Ananthakrishnan have also been named as accused in the case. This was after it was found that Bala had helped in his remarks against his daughter and ex-wife through social media. They will be questioned.
