Highest paid actor in India; Vijay paid Rs 250 crore for 'Thalapathy 69'

CHENNAI: Tamil superstar Vijay has reportedly been paid Rs 250 crore for his upcoming film. Produced by KVN Productions and directed by H Vinod the movie is tentatively titled Thalapathy 69. It will be the highest amount an actor has ever earned in India if Vijay gets this remuneration. It is said that it is fake news that Vijay's remuneration has been increased to Rs 250 crore and after the release of the film in October, Vijay will take a break from his acting career and be fully active in politics.
