Actor Ravi Mohan's ex-wife Aarti, in strong words, criticised actors who enter into new relationships before completing the divorce proceedings with their previous partners. Aarti came out by reposting Ravi's controversial remark that 'men are the biggest victims in the world'.
Ravi Mohan was subjected to a massive cyber-attack after he shared pictures with his alleged new partner, Kenisha Francis. In response, the actor wrote on Instagram. 'You think only women are right. But men are the biggest victims, even our legal system has realised that. Let me live, keep your bad thoughts to yourself,' Ravi wrote at the time.
Aarti criticised the actor's double standards in what she called a ‘victim card game’ by sharing it again on social media. "If I go out with another man wearing matching outfits before the divorce is finalised, will the people remain silent? After doing that, will anyone agree with me if I say women are the biggest victims in the world? No. Please don’t try to be over smart," Aarti said.
Elsewhere in the post, Aarti indirectly criticised Vijay's relationship with Trisha Krishnan. "Ravi ran away. Another actor became a politician. They have no sense of guilt or shame. They have no love or compassion for their wives who suffered while giving birth to their children. Despite doing all this, they are crying and calling themselves victims by taking the court and the law as their allies," Aarti mentioned.
Ravi Mohan, formerly known as Jayam Ravi, separated from Aarti in 2024 after 15 years of marriage. Later, in 2025, the actor appeared at a wedding ceremony with Kenisha wearing matching outfits, which ignited a big discussion. Similarly, actor Vijay and Sangeetha announced their separation after 27 years of marriage. Meanwhile, Vijay also appeared at a wedding reception with actress Trisha wearing matching outfits, which was also controversial.
