Playback singer Durga Viswanath ties the knot; shares pic with daughter

Singer Durga Viswanath on Saturday shared photos and videos of her marriage on social media.

"With the blessings of my guru, family and relatives, we started a new life in the presence of Guruvayurappan. Heartfelt thanks to everyone," Durga shared the pictures with this caption. Durga and Riju got married at the Guruvayur temple on Thursday morning. A native of Kannur, Riju is also an employee of Guruvayoor Devaswom.

Durga who rose to prominence after winning a famous reality show in 2010, is a household name among malayalees. This is her second marriage. Durga has a daughter from her first marriage.
