'Prioritising friendship and mutual love'; Priyadarshan and Lissy reunited?

Director Priyadarshan and actress Lissy have reportedly reconciled after parting ways almost a decade back. The report states that Priyadarshan himself officially confirmed this in an interview given to the Mid-Day newspaper.

Rumours of Priyadarshan and Lissy getting back together were circulating since they arrived together for the wedding of director Sibi Malayil's son in January this year. The two entered the wedding venue holding hands. After this, the rumours intensified after a photo of them with Mammootty went viral.

In a recent interview, Priyadarshan opined that marriage is just a document and that they are now prioritising friendship and mutual love. The veteran director said that their children, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Siddharth, played a major role in reuniting him with his wife. It is reported that the couple had decided to live together six months ago.

Alleppey Ashraf had revealed on his YouTube channel that the enmity between Priyan and Lissy has melted and that the two are currently living in good friendship and mutual respect. Lissy was a regular heroine in Priyadarshan's movies in the early 90s. The two were good friends and later fell in love.
