
BENGALURU: Renowned Kannada, Tamil television actress Nandinii CM was found dead at her residence in Bengaluru. A suicide note sent by Nandini to her parents has also surfaced. According to reports, she mentioned in the note that she was being pressured to get married and that she was not mentally prepared for it. She also reportedly said that she was suffering from depression due to other personal issues.
However, there has been no official confirmation yet on the exact circumstances that led to her death. Police said more details will be shared after a detailed investigation.
Reports say Nandini wrote in the note that her parents were forcing her to marry against her wishes and that she was going through emotional distress. As part of the investigation, police are examining the contents of the note and other related aspects.
A native of Kottur, Nandini was living in Bengaluru. She became well known through popular Kannada television serials such as Jeeva Hoovagide, Sangharsha, Madhumagalu, and Ninade Naa. She was recently playing dual roles as Kanaka and Durga in the serial Gauri.
