The accident occurred while Vijay was speaking in Karur last night. The police arrived after receiving information, but a large crowd blocked the rally. Vijay was still speaking on top of a specially prepared vehicle. Vijay was criticizing the police at that time. Vijay said that the present rule will change after six months and that the police should remember that a new party will come to power. By then, a leader came to the stage and informed Vijay that a girl named Amika was missing. After announcing this through a microphone, Vijay left from the place.
