13-year-old boy found hanging following family dispute over phone use

MALAPPURAM: A 13-year-old boy was found hanging in his home in Chelari, Malappuram. The deceased has been identified as Muhammad Nihal (13), a resident of Chelari.

The tragic incident occurred last night when the boy was found in his bedroom. According to police reports, the suspected reason for the suicide is a family dispute over his excessive phone use. The body has been shifted to the hospital for a post-mortem examination, after which it will be handed over to his relatives.
