Couple, daughter from Munnar killed in accident in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI: Three people were killed in an accident that happened at Kangeyam in Tamil Nadu’s Tiruppur. The dead are Nickson of Munnar, his wife Janaki and eldest daughter Hemi Mitra. Another daughter, who sustained injuries are in a critical condition. Those killed are residents of Guderale Estate Factory in Munnar.

The accident happened when they were returning to Munnar after visiting their relative in Tamil Nadu. The car was driven by Nixon. The car that lost control rammed on to a tree. Initial reports said Nixon may have dozed off. The car has been completely damaged in the accident.
