CPM leader G Sudhakaran slips and falls; multiple fractures found, operation needed

ALAPPUZHA: Former minister and CPM leader G Sudhakaran slipped and fell in the bathroom. He has fractured a leg bone. The former minister has been admitted to Parumala Hospital for specialist treatment. Doctors have advised G Sudhakaran to take complete rest for two months as he will undergo an operation and further treatment. Sudhakaran himself posted on Facebook that a multiple fracture was found during an examination at the hospital.

This morning, I slipped and fell in the bathroom and injured my leg and was admitted to Sagara Hospital. The examination there revealed that I have multiple fractures, and I have been admitted to Parumala Hospital for specialist treatment. I will need complete rest for the next two months as I have an operation and follow-up treatment.
