'I'm leaving'; Nurse found hanging inside rented house in Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A nurse at Neyyattinkara NIMS Hospital was found dead at a rented house in Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday. Anjali Rani (28), a native of Attingal Pallikal, was found hanging in a rented house. A suicide note believed to be that of Anjali was also found. According to police, the note mentioned "I am leaving."

The initial investigation found no suspicion in the death. Further investigation would be conducted. Anjali, a married woman, was staying as a paying guest in a house in Neyyattinkara for work purposes. Anjali was on night duty on Friday, so she had a day off today. The three others who shared a room with her were on duty on Saturday.

After not seeing her out of the house for a long time, her friends searched and found her hanging from the ceiling. Upon receiving information, the Neyyattinkara police reached the spot and conducted an investigation. More details are awaited.
