IT employee kidnapped and beaten; Lakshmi Menon also in gang? Actress to be grilled

KOCHI: Actress Lakshmi Menon will be grilled in the abduction case of an IT employee. Lakshmi Menon is a native of Tripunithura. The complaint is that the IT employee was kidnapped and beaten following an argument in a bar and that Lakshmi Menon is part of the gang. The police are planning to question the actress based on it.

The police had earlier arrested Midhun, Aneesh and Sona Mol, who were part of the gang for kidnapping the IT employee. Lakshmi Menon made her debut in Vinayan's 2011 film 'Raghuvinte Swantham Raziya'. She has since acted in several films including Kumki, Sundarapandian.
