Kerala Kaumudi's Vidyarambha function on Thursday: Prominent personalities will take part

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Vidyarambha organised by Kerala Kaumudi and Venpalavattom Sree Bhagavathy Temple Trust on the occasion of Vijayadashami will be held on Thursday. Eminent personalities will lead toddlers into the world of writing and reading. The Vidyarambha ceremony will be held at the Venpalavattom Sree Bhagavathy Temple premises between 8 am and 10 am.

Dr A. Marthanda Pillai, Additional Chief Secretary, K R Jyothilal, Sivagiri Mutt Swami Sukritananda, Rajadhani Group of Institutions Chairman Dr Biju Ramesh, film playback singer Rajalakshmi, and Venpalavattom Sree Bhagavathy Temple chief priest Sivanarayanan Potty will inscribe the first letter to the children. Paramount Studios will be providing a photo to every child taking part in the function.
