THODUPUZHA: PJ Joseph MLA has rejected the entry of the Kerala Congress (M) into the front. He said that the invitation of the Congress leaders does not seem serious and that they are not needed in the UDF. The MLA added that the UDF won the local body elections without the Kerala Congress (M) and that they are not needed to continue this progress.

"The Kerala Congress (M) has lost its relevance at present. They do not even get the right to respond in the Left Front. They are silent witnesses, including in the gold theft. They are irrelevant in the LDF," Joseph criticised.

At the same time, he stated that the unity within the UDF needs to be improved slightly and that any lack of unity within the Congress will be addressed ahead of the assembly elections.
