PATHANAMTHITTA: The incident where the helicopter carrying President Droupadi Murmu sank slightly into the concrete at the helipad in Pramadam had created much discussion. Later, the DGP clarified that there had been no security lapse. Now, another video related to the same helicopter has sparked fresh debate.

The footage shows an ‘unknown’ object falling down after hitting the helicopter’s rotor blades while it was landing. After closely examining and zooming in on the video several times, viewers have identified the ‘unknown’ object- it was a bird. Reports suggest the bird was struck by the helicopter’s rotor blades and then fell to the ground.

President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Kerala last night for a four-day visit. She landed in Thiruvananthapuram around 6:30 p.m. in a special Indian Air Force aircraft. The President was received by Rajendra Arlekar, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Devaswom Minister VN Vasavan, and other officials.

Early this morning, the President left for Sabarimala. She and her security team reached the Sannidhanam around 11:30 a.m. After reaching Pamba, she climbed the hill carrying the traditional ‘Irumudi’. She returned to Thiruvananthapuram by evening. The President is scheduled to return to Delhi on the evening of the 24th.
