KOCHI: The Kerala High Court harshly criticized businessman Boby Chemmanur, released from jail in the sexual abuse case filed against him by actress Honey Rose. Justice P V Kunhikrishnan criticized him in harsh language when his case was considered again after he refused to get out from jail even after bail was granted. If necessary, his bail could even be cancelled, said the justice.

The high court clarified that Bobby should not play any more drama. Justice Kunhikrishnan asked whether he was trying to fabricate a new story for not being released despite being granted bail. 'If required, his bail will be cancelled. Is he trying to insult the court? Boby need not take over the vakalat of other prisoners. Does he think that there is no one else above him? Can even order the arrest of him.

The court knows that he is doing all this for media attention. If required, will direct the investigating official to submit the chargesheet of the case in two weeks and will complete the trial in a month. The court knows how to handle people like Boby, and the case was considered first yesterday only because senior advocate B Raman Pillai filed the plea for Boby,' clarified the high court.

Meantime, the court has asked the lawyers to give an explanation at the earliest for Boby not being released from jail the other day despite being granted bail, and the hearing of the case will be held again at 12 noon.
