Born in 1983 to Venu and Mallika Srinivasan, Lakshmi pursued a degree in Economics from the United States. She further earned a doctorate in Engineering Management from the University of Warwick in the UK. Lakshmi joined TVS in 2010 as the Joint Managing Director and took over as the Managing Director in 2022. TVS, a company with a market valuation of Rs 17,225.61 crore, has flourished under her leadership.
