Mahadevan says that his lifelong passion for Coca-Cola began unexpectedly in Tiruppur when, feeling exhausted, hungry, and suffering from a headache, he drank a Coke from a small shop and instantly felt revived. This moment of sudden energy sparked his decades-long hobby of collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, which he later shared with the public by opening the museum.

Mahadevan's love for Coca-Cola has resulted in a vast collection of memorabilia. The collection includes a Coca-Cola-themed car, vintage radios, fans, chairs, limited edition bottles, and other rare and global items. His collection is a testament to his enduring love for the brand, which he sees as a source of satisfaction and nostalgia.

"Wherever I go, my first purchase is Coca-Cola. This is a childish thing. There is god in this childish thing. No matter how far you go, when you reach a temple, you get satisfaction. I get that satisfaction when I see the items belonging to my collections,' Mahadevan says. He adds that he has prepared a museum with all his collections so that others can have this experience too.
