Harry Potter and gang in Indian look; AI images in Sabyasachi look goes viral

Artificial Intelligence is advancing by changing the world around us. Images created using AI tools have gone viral recently. Among them were pictures that presented historical figures including Gandhi against the backdrop of modern times. In continuation of this trend, pictures of Indian-looking characters from the Harry Potter series are now gaining attention. Renowned digital artist Manoj Omre has recreated the characters from the Hollywood movie Harry Potter by dressing them in clothes from the famous Indian fashion brand Sabyasachi.

Manoj Omre created the images using MidJourney, an AI program that creates images from text instructions. Hermione Granger, Severus Snape, Rubeus Hagrid, Sirius Black, Voldemort, Dumbledore, and Dobby arrive in a new look. In the art series, the characters are dressed in Indian clothes that resemble designer Sabyasachi's designs. The picture posted on Instagram has so far received 1751 likes and many comments.
