NEW DELHI: Congress leader and Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi returned to Parliament after four months. Reports said Rahul entered the Parliament after paying tributes to Mahatma Gandhi.

‘The MPs of 'India' alliance have arranged a grand reception for him. They welcomed Rahul Gandhi by shouting slogans. He left for Parliament from Sonia Gandhi's residence on Akbar Road a little earlier.

The Lok Sabha membership of Rahul was restored Monday morning. He is returning after 137 days. The Supreme Court had last Friday stayed the sentence in the defamation case. The congress staged protests over the delay in restoring Rahul Gandhi's MP post.
