Director Siddique continues to be in critical condition; authorities to inform health condition after review meet

KOCHI: The condition of director Siddique, who was admitted to the hospital following a heart attack, continues to be critical. He is presently on ECMO support.

The hospital authorities informed that after 24 hours a review meeting will be held and the health condition will be informed. Siddique is undergoing treatment at Amrita Hospital in Kochi. The medical board will convene this evening.

He was admitted to the hospital on July 10 due to pneumonia and liver disease. He suffered a heart attack at around 3 pm yesterday while undergoing treatment. Many filmmakers visited him in the hospital.
