It was skipper Hardik Pandya who scored the winning runs for India in the third T20I against West Indies with a six. However, many were unhappy with Hardik for hitting a six while youngster Tilak Varma was standing on the other end with an unbeaten 49 runs. People and former players are criticizing Hardik's act.

Former India all-rounder Irfan Pathan took a dig at Hardik for hitting a six instead of giving the strike to Tilak Varma who was just a run away from a half-century.
'You do all the hard work. I'll do what's easy, the saying is familiar somewhere,' Pathan wrote on Twitter. Following the tweet, several fans came out agreeing with Irfan Pathan.
Tilak Varma is having an excellent debut series with scores of 39, 51 and 49 not out in all three matches. The brilliant batting of vice-captain Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak helped India chase down the target of 160 runs in 18 overs. Surya scored 83 runs off 44 balls.
