'If Rahul has to give flying kiss, he will give it to a girl and not to 50-year-old; Congress MLA makes controversial remark

NEW DELHI: Neetu Singh, a Congress MLA from Bihar, has made a controversial remark in connection with the flying kiss allegation against Rahul Gandhi.

"Rahul Gandhi does not have any difficulty in getting girls. If he has to give a flying kiss, he will give it to a girl. Why should he give it to a 50-year-old?" Neetu Singh said while speaking to a media outlet.

With the controversial statement surfacing on Twitter, BJP leaders have come out attacking Congress. BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla wrote, 'Anti-woman Congress can even defend Rahul's misdemeanors inside the House.'

Earlier, BJP leader Smriti Irani had alleged that Rahul Gandhi had blown a flying kiss towards the woman MPs while returning after his speech in the no-confidence discussion on the Manipur issue. Following this, 20 BJP MPs lodged a complaint against Rahul with the Speaker.
