Actor Joy Mathew injured in accident, hospitalized

THRISSUR: Actor and director Joy Mathew sustained injuries in an accident. The accident happened on Chavakkad-Ponnani national highway 66 in Mandalamkunnu. The car in which the actor was travelling collided with a pickup van. The incident happened at 11 pm last night.

The actor was going to Ernakulam from Kozhikode. Two including the actor sustained injuries in the accident. The driver stuck in the pickup van due to the impact of the accident, was pulled out after cutting the front portion of the vehicle. The injured Joy Mathew was admitted to a private hospital in Chavakkad by the employees of Andathode Ambulance.
