Kozhikode nurse dies by suicide with weeks left for her marriage

KOZHIKODE: A young woman, who was scheduled to get married next month, has committed suicide. She died by pouring kerosene over her body and setting herself ablaze. The deceased has been identified as Anjana (24), daughter of Sathyan on Padinjarayil in Keezhpayyoor's Nanthanathmukku.

Anjana was working as a nurse at MIMS Hospital in Kozhikode.

After inquest, her body was shifted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital for post-mortem. Meanwhile, it is unclear why Anjana committed suicide. Relatives and locals are shocked by the tragic incident.
