Actress Parvathy appeared on Friday with a vital piece of evidence to prove Nivin’s innocence in the sexual allegation case. Parvathy shared a video revealing that Nivin was indeed in the seat of the movie ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’ on the same day the complainant alleged the molestation took place.

Adding to this, Vineeth Srinivasan, the director of the film, also confirmed Nivin’s presence on the set, which moreover confirmed the loopholes in the case And now, with the case being talked around as a false one, political commentator Sreejith Panicker wrote a post on Facebook highlighting the matter. The post is now going viral.

Earlier, a woman had complained about Nivin Pauly molesting her inside a hotel room in Dubai during November and December of 2023. According to reports, the police have received evidence that the woman was in Kerala during these months. The police have also clarified that Nivin has not stayed in the hotel mentioned in the complaint after 2021.

Police conducted an investigation and found that the allegations were baseless.
