WASHINGTON: American couple plans to live longer than 100 years. Kayla Barnes Lentis (33) and her husband Warren Lentis (36) from the Midwest are using the method of 'biohacking' with the goal of living 150 years.
Kayla runs a wellness center in Cleveland and Warren is the chief revenue officer of a marketing agency. They have arranged their daily routines with the aim of increasing health and well-being. The couple believes that these methods will help them live to 150, from the average American life expectancy of 76 years.
Both start their day with pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. A clinical device will be used at home for this. Work out and morning walk to get enough sunlight follows.
A variety of health technology systems will also be used throughout the day. Some of these are Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber and Nano VI which help in cell repairing. Cold plunges are also done in the afternoon on some days.
Organic meal followed by a long walk on the hill slopes in the evening, a steam bath near sunset. Red lights are used indoors at night. Will sleep exactly at nine o'clock.
Routine biohacking is becoming a trend in America. It is a method of slowing or reversing biological aging (natural aging).
