THRISSUR: Former BJP office secretary Tirur Satheesh issued a stern warning, stating that if false allegations against him continue regarding the Kodakara hawala case, he will be compelled to disclose sensitive information. Satheesh’s remarks included pointed criticisms of the BJP's state leadership, particularly targeting K Surendran, the party’s state president, whom he accused of having connections with black money.

Satheesh alleged that Surendran maintains close ties with certain black money handlers, claiming, “Why do people involved in black money deals call Surendran?” He further asserted that Dharmarajan, who had previously transported funds, informed him that one crore rupees had been given to Surendran. Satheesh hinted that if he revealed everything he knew, it would create serious trouble for several leaders.

Satheesh also addressed claims about his dismissal from the party. He refuted allegations from Thrissur district BJP leadership, asserting that his purported expulsion was fabricated. “I have served as a BJP worker for 30 years,” he said. “The only cases filed against me were related to my work for the party—none of them are personal.”

Tirur Sathish criticized BJP leader Shobha Surendran, claiming she aligns with opinions from other party leaders rather than standing independently. He revealed that the current district president, Anish Kumar, had instructed that Shobha should not be allowed into the district office, but he clarified that, as a State Vice President, he could not prevent her entry. He alleged that Shobha encouraged him to speak out about any knowledge he had on bribery, especially with organizational elections scheduled for December, hinting that these revelations could boost her chances of securing the party president’s position.
