Superstar Mohanlal has stated that the Malayalam film industry makes the most use of advanced technology in cinema. He also said that many young Malayalis are part of various major international film productions. Speaking in an interview with a television channel, Mohanlal said that if Kerala establishes proper facilities to nurture technological advancements, it would greatly benefit the film industry.

"New technological advancements have always been first experimented with in Kerala. I have been working in the film industry for the past 47 years. Cinema is my bread and butter. If these technologies are properly introduced in Kerala, we will be able to transform cinema into a full-fledged industry," he explained.

Mohanlal also spoke about the secrets behind his handsomeness and health. "There is no big secret. The love of my fans is my secret. Proper diet and exercise help maintain health. This is not just for those in the film industry but for everyone. It is a lifestyle that can be followed by all," he said.

The actor also expressed his gratitude for being born as the son of his parents. "Being born as the son of my father and mother is the greatest blessing I have received. My father was a law secretary but is no longer with us. My mother used to call me every day, but for the past few years, she has been bedridden. My daughter is studying in Thailand and is also learning martial arts. My son acts in only a few films," Mohanlal said.
