Rarely a day passes without the Instagram algorithm showing its mandatory Kalabhavan Mani reel. The versatile actor bid adieu to the world almost a decade back, but his work continues to attract recognition with time. Even new generations are in awe of the talent the Malayalam industry lost.

Now, a video of Kalabhavan Mani's daughter Sreelakshmi is going viral on social media. She is currently a fourth-year MBBS student at Sree Narayana College of Medical Sciences in Ernakulam. A Facebook post about Nimmy and Sree Lakshmi is getting attention on social media.

Facebook post:

"Kalabhavan Mani wanted to see Sreelakshmi as a doctor. He wanted her to start a hospital and provide treatment to the people of Chalakudy. Sreelakshmi, a fourth-year MBBS student, is not active on social media. Rarely do people get a glimpse of Kalabhavan Mani’s family life.

Even though Sreelakshmi hasn't changed much in this video, she still has the same old charm. Sreelakshmi is shown in the video hosting her friends at her house, ‘Manikudiram’. Kalabhavan Mani’s antique collection, his old Enfield bike and a visit to his famous outhouse ‘Paddy’ make up the good part of the video. Kalabhavan Mani died in 2016. Sreelakshmi was a class 10 student at the time. Despite being caught in tragic grief, Sreelakshmi scored five A+s and one B+ in her 10th class exams. She then got excellent marks in Plus Two as well.

To fulfil her father’s dream, Sreelakshmi chose MBBS after waiting for two years and undergoing entrance training. Minding the convenience of her daughter’s studies, Nimmy rented a flat near the college and was living there. Currently Nimmy’s parents are living in ‘Manikudiram’ and sometimes, the house will be locked up indefinitely.

The house used to be a bustling abode with guests at all times of the day. Hundreds used to visit this house daily to meet Mani. Even 10 years after his death, there is no dearth of people visiting Mani’s tomb. The love that Mani received from the masses is envious and unparallel.
