Ayyappa Swamy’s postman gets hitched; invited God first

MANNADI: Postman Vishnu G, who gained attention by visiting Sabarimala and inviting Ayyappa Swamy for his marriage, got hitched. Vishnu tied the nuptial knot with Veena at Kalanjoor Mahadeva temple. Vishnu is a postman of Pathanamthitta Post Office.

Since he has been on Sabarimala duty during the mandala season for the last two years, Vishnu is Ayyappa's own postman during the season. Vishnu reached Sannidhanam last January with a wedding invitation. He invited Ayyappa swamy and prayed to the god. He formally handed over the invitation to the Sannidhanam executive officer.

He went to meet Ayyappa Swamy with the wedding invitation thinking that the most important thing in his life has to be informed to the Lord first. Vishnu is the son of K Gopakumar and Sreeja Kumari of Adoor Mannadi.
