YNWA! Liverpool win Premier League title at Anfield

LONDON: Ending the five-year drought, Liverpool emerged as the champions of England, winning the prestigious Premier League trophy at their home turf, Anfield. Liverpool walked to the top spot in the point table after thrashing Tottenham 5-1 last night.

With yesterday's victory, Liverpool scored 82 points in 34 matches. Arsenal, currently in second place, have only 67 points from 34 matches. Even if Liverpool loses their remaining matches, Arsenal will not be able to surpass the Reds in the points table.
