NEW DELHI: Afghanistan with strong warning to Pakistan. Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said that Pakistan's actions in encouraging terrorist activities are condemnable. Muttaqi, who is visiting India, was talking to the media after meeting Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.

“There is not a single terror group in Afghanistan. We have removed anti-India terror groups from Afghanistan,” Amir Khan Muttaqi said. “There has been an attack near the border in remote areas. We consider this act of Pakistan wrong. Problems cannot be solved like this. We are open for talks. They should solve their problems on their own.

Pakistan's way of allowing terrorist organizations to operate is wrong. This is not how problems should be solved, he added. "If someone wants to do this (cause Afghans trouble), they should ask the Soviet Union, America, and NATO. They will explain that it is not good to play games with Afghanistan," Afghan FM Muttaqi said.

The minister said that Afghanistan has very good relations with India and that India was the first country to come to the rescue when the earthquake hit the country. Afghanistan considers India a close friend. Muttaqi said that they want a strong relationship based on mutual respect, trade and humanitarian ties.
