Navya Nair faces inappropriate behaviour during film promotion in Kozhikode; Soubin intervenes

KOZHIKODE: Actress Navya Nair experienced inappropriate behaviour from an individual while promoting her latest film Pathirathri at a mall in Kozhikode. The event took place on Saturday evening. Actor Soubin Shahir quickly intervened and prevented the person from bothering Navya.

A huge crowd had gathered at the mall to see the stars. During the rush, someone tried to touch Navya. However, Soubin Shahir quickly stepped in and stopped the person. A video of the incident has surfaced. Navya reacted strongly to the unexpected behaviour directed at her.

Pathirathri, directed by Ratheena, stars Navya Nair and Soubin Shahir in lead roles. The movie is scheduled to release in theaters on October 17. This is Ratheena’s second film after Puzhu, which featured Mammootty. In the film, Navya and Soubin play police officers investigating a murder case. The story combines unexpected twists in the investigation, thrilling sequences, and family relationships.

Other key actors include Sunny Wayne and Ann Augustine, with supporting roles by Atheesh Rajan, Sabarish Varma, Harishree Ashokan, Achyuth Kumar, Indrans, and Tejus. The screenplay is written by Shaji Marad.
