THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: President Draupadi Murmu has reached Kerala for a four-day visit. Draupadi Murmu arrived in Thiruvananthapuram at 6:30 pm in a special IAF aircraft. She was received by Governor Rajendra Arlekar, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Devaswom Minister VN Vasavan and others. The President, who reaches the Raj Bhavan, will rest in the Ananthapuri Suite there.
Draupadi Murmu will visit Sabarimala and Sivagiri, and will attend programs such as the unveiling of the statue of former President KR Narayanan; jubilee celebrations of Pala St. Thomas College and Ernakulam St. Teresa's College. The President will leave for Nilakkal by helicopter at 9.25 am tomorrow. She will return to Thiruvananthapuram after Sabarimala darshan. The program in Sivagiri is on the 23rd at 12.50 pm.
