Crores of rupees lying unclaimed; Reserve Bank of India's new WhatsApp message to citizens

There are crores of rupees lying unclaimed in the accounts of various banks in India. The Reserve Bank of India is in the process of transferring this to the account holder or their eligible heirs. The RBI is using social media extensively to spread the information.
