“I wanted to talk about another side of Dubai. Earlier, I had spoken about the practical side. Now, coming to the emotional side, many of us have faced a lot of challenges. We survived all that and reached where we are today. Still, have you ever wondered why people love Dubai so much?

Some people have been living here for 40–41 years. The reason is the people here. People come from different countries, but once we step outside, whether someone is rich or poor, they will ask us if we’ve eaten. If it’s tea, they’ll buy it for us. They help us randomly. You can feel a sense of humanity here. That love is what makes everyone prefer Dubai. We feel like we have our own people here. If something happens to us, it’s the people here who will come running to help. Our families back home may want to come, but by the time they get visas and reach, everything will be over. The brotherhood and support you find here is unique,” Shruthi said.
