Sabarimala pilgrims' car crashes with KSRTC bus in Nilamel; tragic death to two Thiruvananthapuram natives

KOLLAM: Two people died after a car with Sabarimala pilgrims collided with a KSRTC superfast bus at Nilamel Vazhodu in Kollam district. The two victims are Bichu Chandran and Satheesh, both natives of Poojappura.

The condition of a seven-year-old child in the car is critical. The child was immediately admitted to a private medical college hospital near Venjaramoodu. The car was completely damaged in the impact of the crash. Although locals rushed to the scene and carried out rescue operations, they had to wait for the fire force to reach the spot and cut the car apart to bring the injured out.
