According to the police, the incident took place on February 19 at a rented house in Manjunath Nagar, where the group had organised a party. During the party. Mohan Rao, who was reportedly drunk, allegedly tried to sexually harass Bindu. Enraged by this, Vinay stabbed Mohan Rao with a knife.
