‘Bedroom scenes were filmed realistically for perfection, Meera agreed only after two demands were accepted’

In the film Thanmathra, there is a bedroom scene where Mohanlal's character Rameshan Nair has physical intercourse with his wife Lekha. It was shot without any artificiality for its perfection, unlike the usual. Blessy approached some leading heroines in Malayalam for the role of Lekha, but they all backed out when they heard about this scene.

However, Meera agreed to act, but she had some demands. One of her demands was that there should not be many people while shooting the scene and that her private parts should be covered.
