TOKYO: Russia and China tries to create provocation by flying warplanes over Japanese border during the Quad summit. The quad is an alliance of the United States, India, Australia and Japan. Japanese Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi expressed concern and dissatisfaction with the incident. The incident took place while the leaders of the Quad group were discussing regional security. Although the warplanes did not enter Japan's airspace, Japan strongly opposed the move by both countries.
This is the fourth time since November that Russia and China have conducted aerial exercises on the Japanese border. Nobuo Kishi said that two Chinese bombers and two Russian bombers flew over the East China Sea. This was followed by two more Chinese warplanes. The Quad Alliance said some countries were deliberately trying to disturb the region.
Russia's war with Ukraine and various interventions made by China in these region are the main reasons for the comments of Quad Alliance. Japan frequently sends warplanes to protect its borders with neighboring countries Russia, China and South Korea. Most of the time it is to defend borders with China and Russia.
