23-year-old woman electrocuted after scooter skids on road

BENGALURU: A 23-year-old woman electrocuted after she skidded from her scooter. She has been identified as Akhila and was working in a school in Bengaluru. The incident happened last night near White Field at 9.30 pm.

Akhila was returning home when her scooter skidded while crossing a waterlogged road. She was working in the administrative department of the school. She tried to grab an electric pole for support, but she got an electric shock and fell down. She was taken to the hospital but was declared dead. Her family blamed the electricity supply company limited for improper handling of the electricity and other systems.
