Actors Manjima Mohan and Gautam Karthik tie knot

Manjima Mohan, who entered the film field as a child artist and became the favourite of Keralites, got married to actor Gautham Karthik. The wedding was held at Green Meadows Resort in Chennai. The wedding was a close-knit affair with only relatives and close friends attending the function.

Manjima is the daughter of cinematographer Vipin Mohan. Her first film is Kaliyoonjal. Her performance in films like Mayilpeelikkavu, Saaphalyam and Priyam gained a lot of attention. She later took a gap and concentrated on her studies. She returned as the heroine of Nivin Pauly in Oru Vadakkan Selphie in 2015. She is now active in Tamil and Telugu films.

Gautam Karthik is the son of popular Tamil actor Karthik. He was introduced by Mani Ratnam in Kadal.
