School Kalolsavam: Kozhikode wins title, Kannur comes in second; Palakkad's Gurukulam School bags championship

KOZHIKODE: The 61st State School Kalolsavam has concluded with the hosts winning the trophy. Kozhikode won the title with 938 points. Kannur came second with 918 points and Palakkad, the current winner, is at third place with 916 points.

Among the schools, Palakkad's Gurukulam School came first by scoring 156 points. This is the 10th time that the Gurukulam school has bagged the first position.

Kozhikode hosted the school arts festival after seven years, for the eighth time. The festival began on January 3, with 239 competitions held in 24 venues.
