Controversies benefit 'Pathaan' as ticket prices soar, it will cost you up to Rs 2100 to watch SRK starrer

The excitement for the release of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan is on the rise along with its ticket prices. The tickets for the much anticipated action movie could cost you Rs 2100 at Delhi PVR's Select City Walk. PVR: Logix in Noida will charge up to Rs 1090 for the 10.55 pm show. 2D ticket price has also increased to Rs.700. The highest ticket price for Pathaan in Bengaluru is Rs 900.

The highest ticket price is Rs 650 in Pune and Rs 295 in Hyderabad. Trade analysts point out that the controversies have benefitted Pathaan as it has increased its publicity. The movie will hit the theaters on January 25. This is Shah Rukh Khan's first film in four years. Deepika Padukone is the heroine of the film directed by Siddharth Anand. John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, Shaji Chaudhary, Gautham and Ashutosh Rana are the other stars. The movie is produced by Yash Raj Films.
