MUMBAI: Indian cricketer clarifies that he has supported South Africa in the ICC Twenty20 World Cup final held on June 29. Wicket keeper batsman Dhruv Jural has said that he thinks like this because the teams he supports regularly lose. The interesting revelation of the star is in the video released by BCCI.

All teams supported by Dhruv are usually losers. So India wanted the Twenty20 World Cup very much. In that desire, support was given to South Africa. With that, South Africa lost and India won. 'When I watched the game and cheered for India, South Africa came close to victory. With that I started cheering for South Africa. India won the World Cup'- said Dhruv.

The star is currently in Harare for the five-match T20 series against Zimbabwe. This is the first time the player has been selected for the team for whiteball cricket. The star, who debuted for India in the India-England Test series earlier this year, performed well. Jural, a native of UP, is one of the main batsmen of the Rajasthan Royals led by Malayalee Sanju Samson in the IPL.
