KOCHI: End of all debates! Kerala Blasters will play in the upcoming ISL season. The club gave the green light after discussions with the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and other authorities. There were rumours that Blasters might withdraw from the ISL. The season will start in February.

"We understand the concerns of the fans in the current situation. More clarity is needed on some important issues. We are actively examining the matters related to this. In a situation where Indian football is going through major changes, we have decided to move forward in collaboration with everyone, keeping the future of the sport in mind. As more clarity is obtained on the issues, the information will be officially announced in the coming days," The club's note says.

The club also expressed its gratitude to the fans for their support and patience, as well as to the Union Sports Ministry for its timely intervention in the matter and mediation during the discussions.

Key players, including Adrian Luna, Noah Sadaoui, and Jimenez, left the team when the crisis worsened in the ISL. Therefore, Blasters have a big challenge ahead to prepare the team for this season.
