
DUBAI: An 18-year-old boy died after suffering cardiac arrest during Diwali celebrations. The dead is Vaishnav Krishna Kumar of Mavelikkara and a first year BBA student in marketing. He collapsed on Tuesday night at Dubai International Academic City during Diwali celebrations. Though he was rushed to the hospital, his life could not be saved. He is son of V G Krishna Kumar and Vidhu Krishna Kumar. Vrishti Krishna Kumar is his sister. His family has been living in the UAE for 20 years. All arrangements are being taken to bring his body to his hometown in Kerala.
A forensic examination is being conducted on the cause of death. He was a former student of GEMS Our Own Indian School and was also head of the School Council. He was also president of Model United Nations Club and president of OIS Debating Society. His mother is a teacher in the same school. He scored 97.4 % in CBSE Class 12 board exams and full A1 grades in all subjects. He got full marks in both marketing and entrepreneurship. He was awarded the UAE Golden Visa based on these achievements.
Apart from studies, he was active in offering financial advice, lifestyle motivation and workout routines. He had done interns with multiple companies in Dubai and wished to become a successful entrepreneur in future.
